Here at The Best Little Pork Shoppe, we love our pork. And what better way to enjoy it than wrapping it in bacon! Our pork and bacon wraps are made with fresh ground pork, seasonings and herbs, and wrapped in thinly sliced bacon.
They are perfect as appetizers with a home-made dip, or you can have a couple for your main course.
Our favourite way to cook them is on the smoker to add an extra hint of smokey deliciousness! However you can also cook them on the gas grill, in the oven or even your air fryer. They are sold frozen and can be cooked straight from frozen, or can be defrosted and cooked afterwards.
Smoker Instructions
Preheat your smoker to 400F and place wraps on any shelf.
From frozen: cook ~30 mins, flipping every 10 minutes
From defrosted: cook ~ 20 mins, flipping twice
Cook until and internal temperature of 165F is reached.
Gas Grill Instructions
Turn burners to medium heat on one half of your grill and allow to preheat for 5 minutes.
Place pork and bacon wraps on the opposite half of your grill from the burners (indirect heat).
From frozen: cook ~30 mins, flipping every 10 minutes
From defrosted: cook ~ 20 mins, flipping twice
Cook until and internal temperature of 165F is reached.
Oven and Air Fryer Instructions
Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400F.
Place pork and bacon wraps on a cookie sheet with parchment liner and put into
From frozen: cook ~30 mins, flipping every 10 minutes
From defrosted: cook ~ 20 mins, flipping twice
Cook until and internal temperature of 165F is reached.
After your Pork and Bacon Wraps have finished cooking, allow to cool for 3 to 5 minutes and enjoy!
